Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wisdomventuresglobal.com (the "Site") and any consulting services provided by Wisdom Ventures Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Wisdom Ventures Global", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide business consulting services to companies, including customer journey audits, revenue and process diagnostics, marketing and sales optimization, and the implementation of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) workflows. Our services are provided to businesses, not to consumers for personal use.
2. Proposals and engagements
Prices shown on the Site are starting prices for reference. The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work ("Proposal"). If a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal prevails for that engagement.
3. Fees and payment
- All fees are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the Proposal states otherwise.
- One-time projects (such as audits and implementation sprints) are typically invoiced with a deposit before kickoff and the balance according to the Proposal.
- Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed fees.
- Fees do not include taxes, third-party software subscriptions or advertising spend, which are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the information, tools, data and people reasonably needed to deliver the services, and you confirm that you have the right to share that information with us. Delays caused by missing access or information may affect timelines.
6. No guarantee of results
We use our experience and methodology to identify and implement improvements, and we measure results against agreed KPIs. However, business results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your offer and your team's execution. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit or performance outcome.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you under a Proposal. We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, know-how, templates and methodology (including The Wisdom Revenue Journey™), and grant you a non-exclusive license to use any of them that are incorporated into your deliverables for your internal business purposes.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other party's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Use of the Site
The Site's content is provided for general information only and may be updated at any time. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it or copy its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect engagements already in progress unless both parties agree.
