Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Wisdom Ventures Global LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). Our services are professional consulting services delivered to businesses, so refunds are based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. If a signed Proposal includes different terms, the Proposal prevails.
1. Revenue Journey Audit
- Before kickoff: if you cancel before the kickoff session, you receive a full refund.
- After kickoff: if you cancel after kickoff but before the final report is delivered, we refund the amount paid minus the value of the work already completed, as reasonably documented by us.
- After delivery: once the final report has been delivered, the audit fee is non-refundable.
2. Implementation Sprints
- Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before the sprint start date.
- After the sprint has started, fees for work completed and milestones delivered are non-refundable. Any amount paid for work not yet started is refunded.
3. Growth Partnership (monthly)
- You may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable, and services continue until the end of the notice period.
4. If something goes wrong
If you believe we did not deliver what was agreed in your Proposal, please contact us first. We will work in good faith to fix the issue, re-perform the affected work or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@wisdomventuresglobal.com with your company name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We will respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
